What we're looking for

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with comprehensive knowledge as a hands-on, full stack developer that has either fundamental understanding or a deep interest in the fintech payments scene/cryptocurrency. An eager individual, able to lead the technical growth from designing and developing the software required and have a desire to succeed in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's product research and development, formulate product research and development plans, and ensure the quality of the delivered product
• Set up and practice cyber hygiene in-line with regulations
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle such as coding, code review, testing, and debugging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a fast and iterative development process
• Build and lead the technical team as Agile grows and develops further

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience. Education in computer science background is a bonus
• Proficient with the ability to code in multiple languages
• Knowledgeable and experienced in building Cloud-based applications
• Great understanding of the fundamentals with good knowledge of best practices
• Must be a team player, take full ownership of your work, empathetic and open-minded
• Background in payments / fintech / crypto is a plus
